1. Shipping Policy
We process and dispatch orders within 3–7 business days, depending on product availability and order volume.
Delivery timelines may vary based on your location and courier partner services. Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via email or SMS.

Fiatlux offers premium luxury scented candles in the following fragrances:
Vanilla

Fresh, clean and serene. A delicate floral fragrance with soft sweetness that feels peaceful and calming.
All Fiatlux candles are crafted using:

3. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before payment confirmation.
Free shipping offers may be available on selected promotions or special campaigns.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, customers will receive tracking details to monitor delivery status.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery along with clear photographs of the product and packaging.
Our team will review the request and assist with a suitable resolution.
6. Return Policy
Due to the delicate and premium nature of scented candles, returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items received.
Products must be unused and returned in their original packaging.
7. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Used candles
- Burned or damaged candles after delivery
- Products damaged due to improper handling
- Sale or discounted items
8. Refund Policy
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after product inspection.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the issue occurred from our side.
9. Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch only.
Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
